Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at The Inn Dhangadi, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of our services. The Inn Dhangadi reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Reservations & Booking

All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a valid booking confirmation from The Inn Dhangadi. Guests are required to provide accurate personal information at the time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation if inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information is provided. Special requests are noted at the time of booking but cannot be guaranteed.

Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo identification and a credit card upon check-in. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card for the full cost of the stay plus an incidental deposit.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner throughout their stay. Any behavior that disturbs other guests, damages hotel property, or violates local laws may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. Guests are fully liable for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly. The hotel operates a strict no-smoking policy in all indoor areas.

Liability

The Inn Dhangadi shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their personal belongings during their stay, except where such loss or damage arises from the hotel's proven negligence. The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of valuables left in guest rooms. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe for the storage of valuables. The hotel shall not be liable for any disruption to services caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, or government-imposed restrictions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
