Cancellation & Refund Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one night's room rate. No-shows will be charged the full cost of the booking. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Special rates or promotional bookings may be subject to different cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Photography & Media Policy
Guests are welcome to take personal photographs and videos within the hotel premises for non-commercial use. The Inn Dhangadi reserves the right to use photographs or videos taken on our property for marketing and promotional purposes unless a guest explicitly requests otherwise. Commercial photography or filming on hotel grounds requires prior written approval from hotel management.
